GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all classes, workshops, retreats, private sessions and services offered by Hold Space, operated by Seemi Davila, Switzerland.
By booking a service, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Bookings
Bookings are made through the designated booking platform or directly through Hold Space.
Bookings become binding once confirmed.
3. Payment
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF).
Payment must be completed before participation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Hold Space reserves the right to refuse participation in the event of outstanding payments.
4. Cancellation Policy
Classes & Group Sessions
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled or credited.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be charged in full.
Private Sessions
Private appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
Retreats
Retreat bookings are binding.
Unless otherwise stated in the retreat agreement:

More than 60 days before retreat start: full refund minus administration fee

30–60 days before retreat start: 50% refund

Less than 30 days before retreat start: no refund
Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain travel cancellation insurance.
Hold Space reserves the right to cancel retreats due to insufficient participation, force majeure, illness, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.
5. Health & Personal Responsibility
Participation in yoga, breathwork, kundalini activation, spinal flow, retreats, workshops and related activities is voluntary and at the participant's own responsibility.
Participants are responsible for informing Hold Space of any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, psychological conditions, or other circumstances that may affect participation.
The services offered by Hold Space do not replace medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic treatment.
Participants should seek professional medical advice where appropriate.
6. Liability
Hold Space accepts no liability for injuries, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal property, except where caused intentionally or through gross negligence.
Participation in all activities is at the participant's own risk.
7. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on this website.
8. Changes to Services
Hold Space reserves the right to adjust schedules, instructors, locations, prices, and services where necessary.
9. Applicable Law
Swiss law shall apply exclusively.
The place of jurisdiction is the registered place of business of Hold Space, Switzerland.
