Hold Space was created for people who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally exhausted, anxious, burnt out, frozen, or simply longing to feel like themselves again.
This work supports both adults and children through a deeply holistic approach that combines movement, breath, nervous system healing, mindfulness, energy work, and embodiment practices.

We support people navigating:

  • Burnout & chronic stress

  • Anxiety & nervous system dysregulation

  • Emotional overwhelm

  • Trauma stored within the body

  • ADHD & learning difficulties

  • Autism support through regulation-based practices

  • Fatigue & emotional exhaustion

Vinyasa Yoga

At Hold Space, Vinyasa Yoga is more than movement — it is a moving meditation designed to reconnect you to your body, calm your nervous system, and awaken the energy within.

Each class combines intentional breathwork, mindful sequencing, music, grounding presence, and deep embodiment to create an experience that nourishes both body and soul.

Whether you arrive overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or simply seeking space to breathe — you are welcome exactly as you are.

Our flows are designed to help you:

  • Build strength, flexibility, and balance

  • Regulate the nervous system

  • Improve energy flow throughout the body

Nervous System Healing: SpinalFlow

Modern life keeps many people trapped in chronic stress responses for years. Including emotional, physical, chemical stress stuck in our bodies. At Hold Space, healing focuses not only on the mind — but on the body, breath, emotions, energy, and nervous system.

The intention is to help you feel grounded, safe, emotionally regulated, connected, and fully alive again.

Kundalini Activation

A powerful energetic experience supporting emotional release, embodiment, nervous system healing, expanded awareness, and reconnection to your life force energy. Sessions may include deep stillness, emotional release, spontaneous movement, clarity, meditation, and profound inner shifts.

Weekend Kundalini Activation sessions available.

Spaces are intentionally limited to create an intimate and supportive environment.

Breathwork & Sound Healing

Through conscious breath, sound frequencies, vibration, and guided relaxation, these sessions help the body release stress, emotional tension, energetic stagnation, and overwhelm. The nervous system is gently guided from survival mode into deeper states of restoration, healing, safety, and peace.
